Contact form: When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your email and what you need, plus — only if you fill them in — name, country, company size, phone number, and use case description.

Newsletter: If you subscribe, we only store your email.

Analytics: We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate and anonymously, without cookies or personal identifiers.

Cookies: We don't use tracking cookies. Your dark mode preference is stored in your browser's local storage.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

• Legitimate interest — responding to your project inquiry
• Consent — newsletter subscription (opt-in)
• Legitimate interest — anonymous, aggregate, cookieless analytics

4. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry and scope your project
• To send a confirmation email via Resend (our email provider)
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@savante.dev.

You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@savante.dev to exercise any right.

7. Third-party processors

• Resend — email delivery (resend.com)
• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions (vercel.com)

Both processors are GDPR-compliant and operate under data processing agreements.
